If you don’t already have your job/organisational competencies defined we can work with you to identify and define the competencies you need for specific jobs or for job sets. These may be behavioural or technical competencies. Our aim would be to produce usable and pragmatic competency definitions with indicators that both the Line and HR can work with and that can be used across your recruitment and subsequent development process.
